There are multiple ways you can register for a Course, Workshop or Seminar event:
By Phone:
If you plan to register over the phone, please call, 1-800-490-1754.
Please provide the following information when calling.
1) Your Full Name, Full Address and Contact Information (Phone, Fax, E-mail).
2) The name and date for the Course, Workshop or Seminar event you like to register.
3) The Course Code for the Course, Workshop or Seminar event.
4) Credit Card Information.
By Fax or Postal Mail: *
If you plan to register by Fax or Postal Mail, please print a copy of this Registration Form.
Once you have printed the form, type or fill it in legibly and then either:
a) Fax it back to us at: 1-800-381-5954 or
b) Send Check by post to: 60 Bristol Road East, Suite 139, Mississauga, ON, L4Z-3K8, Canada.
c)Make Check payable to: ``Skills2Succeed Inc.
By E-mail Money Transfer:
If you like to register by paying through e-mail money transfer from a bank account, please send the payment to the e-mail address: fees@skills2succeed.net. After you have sent the money through e-mail money transfer, do not forget to fax the Registration Form also to the fax number: 1-800-381-5954.
If you do not have access to fax (or even additionally, even if you do have access to fax), do not forget to include the following in your e-mail message.
1) Your Full Name, Full Address and Contact Information (Phone, Fax, E-mail).
2) The name and date for the Course, Workshop or Seminar event you like to register.
3) The Course Code for the Course, Workshop or Seminar event.
4) Your e-mail address from which you sent the e-mail money transfer.
